Estimated Delivery Time

For contacting, please provide a valid email address and check emails after you have purchased for any updated information. Once you have placed your order you will be contacted by e-mail to confirm your order. If your billing address is a P.O. Box then you must provide us with a physical address by email on order for us to ship your merchandise.

Total Delivery Time is based on the time it will take to tailor your dresses + the time dispatched to you. So if you are want to wear your dress quickly you can chose our RUSH ORDER or SUPER RUSH ORDER. You can see more details as followings:

Generally speaking, it will take 25-30 calendar days for professional dressmaker to tailor your dresses. Also it will take about 1 -3 calendar days for the finished dresses to travel to the destination.

· Rush Order: It will be earlier than regular in 5 days and take 10-15 calendar days for professional dressmaker to tailor your dresses. Also it will take about 1-3 calendar days for the finished dresses to travel to the destination.

·Super Rush Order: It will take 6-10 calendar days for professional dressmaker to tailor your dresses. Also it will take about 1-3 calendar days for the finished dresses to travel to the destination.

No matter whatever the situation is, we will always send you the item before the delivery deadline, and try our best to negotiate with the related delivery companies to take your case as priority.

Our delivery charge is $15 per order (will be converted to the local currency based on your choice). We offer fixed delivery charge for every single order which will be auto-added in the grand total when you send payment, no matter how many items are purchased. But if your order is over £150, we will provide free delivery with you!
